Heidi began her dispute resolution career in 1997, while working on her bachelor's degree in business management at California State University, Fullerton. Additionally, she earned a teaching credential from Azusa Pacific University. She is passionate about elevating her colleagues' knowledge and skills while sharing the company's philosophy and striving for the highest level of customer satisfaction. She is instrumental in several innovative projects related to upgrading and enhancing Judicate West's technology infrastructure and case administration processes. She is also the primary Case Manager for several top commercial neutrals. Outside of the office, Heidi enjoys spending time with her two sons snowboarding, hiking, reading, and cuddling up for movie nights.
