Jeffrey A. Rudman joins Judicate West following an indelible career spanning 26 years in personal injury and employment litigation. Jeff is proud to have received Martindale Hubbell's "AV Preeminent" Rating, the highest rating possible, for his legal capabilities and ethical standards, and has been named in Super Lawyers Magazine since 2007. He has successfully handled over 1,000 personal injury and wrongful death cases in the practice areas of vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, and dangerous conditions of public property. He has also represented numerous clients in labor and employment cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, whistle blowing, and retaliation.
Passionate about giving back, he has served on the board of various bar associations and is highly regarded for his dedication to the legal community. This commitment also led him to join the Resolve Law program with the Los Angeles Superior Court in 2022. In his dozens of successful settlements, he received high accolades from co-mediators and counsel for his work ethic and ability to obtain results. This recognition affirmed what he felt for some time – his true calling was to be a mediator.
Initially practicing law with his father, Jeff credits him for instilling the importance of professionalism and civility at an early age. In describing his current approach to mediation, he states, “I strive to show patience, empathy, and compassion for all involved, while remaining determined to reach resolution. Keeping the process positive, respectful, and hopeful is key.”
