Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients and neutrals, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen eye for detail. As part of our team, you will support a variety of services in the alternative dispute resolution field. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in clients with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Answer and direct multi-line phone calls efficiently and courteously

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

• Process documents accurately and in a timely manner

• Coordinate and manage conference room schedules, including in-person setup and virtual meeting coordination

• Maintain a tidy and organized front office and lobby area

• Provide general administrative support to various departments

• Assist staff as needed with administrative tasks

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience (required)

• 1-2 years of front desk experience (preferred)

• 1-2 years of legal experience (preferred)

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Professional and polished demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rangel ($20-$24 per hour)
