Judge Perk was a truly wonderful and genuine person. He was enthusiastic and committed to his work as a neutral. He found great satisfaction in helping others. He will be lovingly remembered by his family, his colleagues, and the legal community.

A Funeral Mass for Judge Perk will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 2^nd, 2019 at San Francisco Solano Catholic Church, 22082 Antonio Parkway, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688. A reception will follow.
