Nicole Sammartino King serves as the Integrator and EVP of Operations for Judicate West, overseeing the company’s daily operations and ensuring alignment across all departments. In this role, she translates strategic vision into actionable plans, drives accountability, and streamlines systems to support the company’s continued growth. She is responsible for overall productivity, procedures, and protocol, as well as human resources and accounting. As a member of the Executive Committee, Nicole plays a key role in problem-solving, optimizing processes, and fostering collaboration. She is based at the corporate headquarters in Santa Ana.
Originally from Rhode Island, Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Providence College and a Juris Doctor from New England School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and California. Nicole joined Judicate West in 2010 and is passionate about working alongside a talented team to provide gold-standard dispute resolution services throughout California. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, skiing, and cooking.
