As the Director of Legal Services, Jenna advises Judicate West on risk management and legal compliance. She spearheads cross-department collaboration aimed at developing policies and procedures to guide the company’s ADR practices. She provides educational support and training regarding ADR processes to both neutrals and staff. In addition, Jenna leads a team responsible for providing in-depth legal research support to Judicate West neutrals. She was also recently selected to serve as a member of the State Bar of California’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Certification Working Group.
Jenna has extensive experience supporting courts and tribunals, including in her role as a Research Attorney at Judicate West from 2020 to 2023. Over the course of her legal career, she has also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jimmie V. Reyna of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Patent Pilot Program of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the Honorable John D. Love of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Before her time with Judicate West and the courts, Jenna worked as an associate at a large intellectual property law firm in Orange County, specializing in patent litigation. She earned her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, and her B.S. in Bioengineering from University of California, Berkeley.
