Bridgette Domingue is the Operations Manager at Judicate West, working closely with the Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day functions of the Operations Team. She plays a vital role in implementing strategic processes to optimize productivity, support team development, and enhance the client experience. Her expertise in resource allocation, performance tracking, and operational strategy execution helps ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.
Bridgette began her career at Judicate West in 2014, working part-time while pursuing a bachelor's degree in International Business from California State University, Fullerton. Following graduation in 2017, she joined the company's operations department full-time. After working in the Orange County and Los Angeles offices, she relocated to Northern California and played an integral role in the opening of the company’s Oakland office.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing, live music, and spending time with family and friends.
