Bridgette Domingue is instrumental in ensuring efficiency in the day-to-day operational processes of Judicate West. In collaboration with the Operations Manager, she develops strategic procedures to maximize productivity. Additionally, she oversees operational quality control, onboarding, and mentorship opportunities.
Bridgette began her career at Judicate West in 2014, working part-time while pursuing a bachelor's degree in International Business from California State University, Fullerton. Following graduation in 2017, she joined the company's operations department full-time. After working in the Orange County and Los Angeles offices, she relocated to Northern California and played an integral role in the opening of the company’s Oakland office.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing, live music, and spending time with family and friends.
