Heidi Adams is based out of the Corporate Headquarters in Santa Ana. Heidi began her dispute resolution career in 1997, while working on her
bachelor's degree in business management at California State University Fullerton. Additionally, she has earned a teaching credential from Azusa Pacific
University. Heidi has held several positions at Judicate West, and has found a balance between training fellow team members and managing cases. She is passionate
about elevating her colleagues' knowledge and skills while sharing the company's philosophy and striving for the highest level of customer satisfaction. Throughout
the years, Heidi has been and remains instrumental in several innovative projects related to upgrading and enhancing Judicate West's technology infrastructure and
case administration processes. Heidi is also the primary Case Manager for several top commercial neutrals.

Outside of the office, Heidi enjoys spending time with her two sons snowboarding, hiking, reading and cuddling up for movie nights.
