Sylvia Chen brings two decades of ADR experience to her role as case manager. Prior to joining Judicate West in 2018, she worked for a boutique mediation company and a non-profit ADR organization. She received her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge. In her free time, Sylvia loves traveling the world with her family. She also enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants.
