Joel Franciosa has been a full time neutral since 1994, mediating and arbitrating hundreds of cases. Prior to that he litigated all types of personal injury matters, and while participating in mediations and arbitrations in his practice he discovered a passion for resolving cases. He started formal intensive mediation training from various accredited schools and programs. As a neutral he has resolved business/contract, medical malpractice, employment, construction defect and personal injury disputes.
