| After 20 continuous years as a Los Angeles Superior Court judge in Long Beach, Honorable Richard Charvat is available for Arbitrations, Mediations, and Private Judging assignments. In the past eight years he has presided over all types of civil cases, including but not limited to personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, and probate matters, and all related law and motion hearings.
