Joel Klein, Esq.
As a Full-Time Professional Mediator, Joel Klein brings a solid legal background plus a wide range of business and negotiating skills to the mediation process. With over 25 years of experience as a business consultant and corporate executive, he has been involved in the startup of three corporations, served on the Board of Directors of public and private corporations, and has participated in the development of private and public stock offerings. Since 1994, Mr. Klein has dedicated his career to dispute resolution through mediation. As a Mediator, he gets high ratings from both plaintiff and defense attorneys for his perceptive, creative and tenacious mediation style. Plaintiff attorneys have commented: “He resolved a complex matter, handling it with great skill”...“extremely tenacious and dedicated to his work”...and “he goes above and beyond the call of duty.” A defense attorney, writing about a legal malpractice matter, said: “I found his low-key approach to this process to be refreshing and, quite frankly, critical in the resolution of the case.” And a large defense firm attorney noted: “I was so impressed, I sent Joel Klein’s name to the other attorneys in our firm and we are recommending his services to all of our clients.”
