  • Chairman of the Board and CEO, National Psychiatric Centers, Inc. (1984-94), a privately owned hospital management company, where he guided company through two private offerings, attracted venture capital and was responsible for contract negotiations and acquisitions.
  • Board of Directors and Executive VP, Comprehensive Care Corporation (1972-80), a publicly traded (NASDAQ, NYSE) hospital management company. Responsible for acquisitions, contract negotiations and corporate liaison to outside legal counsel.
