Since his retirement in 1994, following 18 years of service on the Los Angeles Superior Court and the Municipal Court in Los Angeles County, Judge Kaufman has been utilizing his experience and keen knowledge of the law to resolve all types of disputes, as a Mediator, Arbitrator, Discovery Referee and Private Judge. As an Arbitrator, he is known for his expertise in family law and probate matters, his acute understanding of business operations and his clear, analytical mind.
