James F. Grier, Esq.
James F. Grier is a Professional Arbitrator and Mediator who has successfully mediated hundreds of disputes and has heard over 2,000 arbitrations. Since 1982, he has also been serving as Judge Pro Tempore for the Orange County Superior and the West and Harbor Municipal Courts. As an Arbitrator, Mr. Grier is a scholarly, intellectual neutral with a sharp, analytical mind. He is known for his ability to render clear, concise decisions in a timely manner and for cutting through trivia to expedite his hearings.
