Mark E. Edwards, Esq.
After 32 years in private trial practice, Mark Edwards, Esq. is now devoting his time to mediation and arbitration. He has been an Arbitrator on the Orange County Superior Court since 1979 and a Judge pro-tem hearing settlement conferences since 1978. He received his mediation training at the San Diego Mediation Center in 1997. Mr. Edwards has been a frequent speaker at Trial Lawyers organizations through out the Western United States and has been a regular lecturer for California Continuing Education of the Bar since 1978 with more than 1000 hours of teaching; speaking and lecturing experience on Trial Practice; Evidence; Procedure and Negotiation. Mr. Edwards is an experienced arbitrator and creative mediator who brings decades of trial practice to his role as a neutral. As a former judge pro-tem, he has had unusual success in resolving business and commercial cases as well as personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, lemon law and other tort matters. One client commented, "Mr. Edwards makes everybody comfortable, he has a good way with people and he is not afraid to work the case in mediation or arbitration.
